This is taken out of another article. Just moved to its own small post rather than inside that article.

You cannot really tell from this site, as I chose not to use date timestamps on the articles, but I have not written an article in quite some time. I underwent therapy and dealt with a higher than normal workload for quite some time.

Today there was a big outage on GitHub, that happens sometimes. Nothing you can do about that. However therefore CircleCI was also experiencing outages. I imagine more services rely in this way on GitHub, not to mention it is the one central pool of knowledge for what is effectively the modern civilisation.

I will preface this by stating this is just a thought experiment and I am not stating I fully understand the notion of quantum entanglement.

So I was watching something the other day, a fantastic speedrun of Yoshi's Island, and someone used a pronoun that I never heard of. I only saw it written and it was xe/ve. I tried to get the pronunciation of that, but I could not find it easily.

As I was looking out the skylight to a grey sky contemplating life after a spectacularly splendidly result obtained by Joe Biden that indeed gives us hope that the Western civilization has hope of surviving. Content for another post entirely. A thought occurred to me, whilst I was musing away. One about religion and evolution, brains and conspiracy theories.

This is a short post about someone that should be studied in school as part of the curriculum. Well spoken, humble, intelligent and possessing a character that is virtuous, valorous and admirable. No need to state that he is an inspiration to me and I learned a lot from him in a short time. His name is Rodney Mullen. He is a skateboarder among many things. One trait he has plenty of and one he shares with many other skateboarders, is perseverance.

I hate it when people say this. Or even worse, what politicians do. What I think so-and-so means, is this. Then proceed to build a case based on that assumption.
